1. Who we are
EveryOnWeb Learn is run by EveryOnWeb, a software company in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India. We help college students with final year projects, startups and courses. In this policy, "we" and "us" means EveryOnWeb.
2. What we collect
You never need an account or a login. We only collect what you type into one of our forms:
- Project form: your name, phone number, college, branch and year, and your project idea.
- Startup form: your name, phone number, email, your idea and its stage.
- Course form: your name, phone number, college, the course you picked, and live or recorded.
To stop spam, our server also keeps a scrambled code made from your network address (a one-way "hash"). It can't be turned back into your address, and we don't keep the address itself.
When you check a certificate, we only look up the number you typed. We don't save who checked it.
3. Why we collect it
- To call you or WhatsApp you about the project, startup idea or course you asked about.
- To plan your work, your classes and your certificate.
- To block fake or repeated form entries.
We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
4. Who can see it
Only our own team, who log in to a private admin page. We never sell, rent or trade your details. We share them only if the law makes us (for example, a valid order from a court or the police).
The website itself is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like every web host, it may keep short technical logs (such as your network address and browser type) to keep the site safe and working.
5. Certificates and portfolio pages
If you finish a project or course with us, you may get a certificate with a number and a QR code. Anyone who has the number can check it on our verify page, which shows your name, what the certificate is for and the date.
A student portfolio page (like api.learn.everyonweb.com/s/your-name) is made only with your OK. Ask us any time and we hide or remove it.
6. Cookies
This website doesn't set any cookies. We don't use analytics, ad trackers or "like" buttons from other companies. Your browser may keep a saved copy of the page so it opens faster next time; that's all.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are helping you, and for our basic business records after that. If you ask us to delete them, we do it, usually within 7 days. Certificate records are kept so that your certificate can still be checked later, unless you ask us to cancel it.
8. Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- show you the details we have about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your details, or
- stop calling you.
Just message us on WhatsApp or send an email (details below). We may ask one simple question to make sure it's really you.
9. Under 18?
Our services are for college students. If you are under 18, please fill the form together with a parent or guardian.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
